This May, Veuve Clicquot celebrates the remarkable legacy of Madame Clicquot, a woman who defied convention and defined the art of living differently. Their campaign #YellowIsTheNewBlack reveals a very special design collaboration between the House of Veuve Clicquot and some of Hong Kong’s most inspiring trailblazers – including KOTUR. The campaign puts a playful twist on the black sheep who stands out from the flock for being different. Veuve Clicquot applauds what it is to ‘be bold, be different, be Clicquot!’ with a signature Clicquot yellow twist.

Like Veuve Clicquot, we at KOTUR celebrates the spirit of individuality, confidence and independent thinking: the one who stands out in the crowd. All KOTUR bags are named after our Muses, women who lead and inspire. For our own inspiration, like Madame Clicquot, we embrace or celebrate the big idea in every bottle and every bag. As another strong woman, Diana Vreeland quoted, ‘There is only one very good life, and that is the life you know you want, and you make it yourself’. With that fabulous life, comes a sense of surprise, whimsy, creativity and imagination.

Our installation, ‘celebrating Ewe’, reflects our shared vision with Veuve Clicquot.
