How to Shop

Buying from KOTUR is easy! Our Online Shop is always available and we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. To start, just make your selections of Minaudieres, Clutches or Shoes in our Online Shop. When you add items to your shopping bag you will see a running shopping list. To manage items or view your shopping bag, please click on the link “shopping bag”. If you wish to check out, click on “check out” and follow the onscreen directions to check out or “save” your shopping list. If you wish to save your shopping list you will be asked to register your name and email and to select a password. You will then be able to access your list in the future when you log onto the website.


Membership and Registration

To make online shopping faster and easier, you may register with www.koturltd.com As a registered customer, you only have to enter your shipping addresses and billing information once. Such information will be securely stored with us for your future use. Using your name and a password of your choice, you may access your account online at any time to add, delete, or change information. If you forget your password, click here and follow the instructions to securely reset your password. If you are using a public computer, we strongly encourage you to “log out” at the conclusion of your session. Orders

All orders will be processed in 2 working days from receipt of payment, and shipped within 5 working days. All orders placed through the website shall be accepted upon the sole discretion of KOTUR. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that KOTUR may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged, for any or no reason, without liability to you or any third party and KOTUR’s decision shall be final. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently canceled, KOTUR shall issue a credit to your credit card that was charged. Orders may be canceled due to the import limitations of your state and/or country of certain products. In the event that KOTUR is unable to ship to your state and/or country and your credit card has been charged, we will refund the full amount for the restricted item(s) back to your credit card. Discounts & Promotions

If discounts or promotions apply, after you have made your selection and are ready to finalize your purchase, proceed to the checkout. You will find space to enter your promotional code on the Order Confirmation page. Enter the promotional code exactly as you received it and click ‘submit’. Your total will be recalculated with the discount applied. The promotional code will only be applied to your purchase if it is entered accurately and the code is still valid. Please refer to specific promotional details for complete terms and conditions. Offers are only valid while stocks last and are subject to verification by KOTUR. If you are a VIP member, your discount will be automatically applied when you login with your registered e-mail address. If you change your e-mail address or login with a different address our system will not be able to recognize your membership. You can login in at the ‘My account’ area to update your registered details at any time. If you are experiencing difficulty redeeming your VIP or promotional code, please email membership@koturltd.com


Payment and Order Processing

All prices on the Site are shown in US dollars. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express Card. KOTUR uses Paypal to process credit card transactions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout, prior to the completion of your order. Once you click place order in checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal page, and you can either pay with Paypal or there is an option ‘Pay with Credit or Debit Card’ at the bottom. After inputting your credit card details through Paypal and your credit card is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation from KOTUR via email. Once the order has been processed and we do have your bag(s) in stock, your bag(s) will be packed securely and shipped. Please note that quantities are limited and subject to availability.

North, Central and South America: Orders will be delivered within 5-6 days
Europe: Orders will be delivered within 5-6 business days
Asia: Orders will be delivered within 3-4 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via FedEx. Once your order is verified you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking number and confirming that your order has been dispatched. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your orders.

Please note that snakeskin products may require extra documentation to ship. Please allow 3 extra business days.

RETURN shipment: Note that for returned items shipping charges are non-refundable and the return shipment is at the customer’s charge.

EXCHANGE shipment:Shipping charges of the old and new item to and from our warehouse are at the customer’s charge.

KOTUR will email to you your AWB information upon availability. If you have any other questions regarding the status of your order, please email customerservice@koturltd.com Remember to include your full name and order reference number in the email.


Duties & Taxes

We ship the products from Hong Kong, and relevant duties and taxes will be added to the total price for the following countries – Azerbaijan, Australia, Belgium, China, Cyprus, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Romania, South Korea, Switzerland, Singapore, Taiwan,  UAE, United Kingdom and United States (excluding US orders over 800 USD). These countries will be shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included at check out and there are no hidden additional costs upon delivery. For the countries not included in the list, and for US orders over 800 USD, the order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and the duties and taxes will need to be settled by the customer upon delivery. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all full priced merchandise can only be returned for an EXCHANGE within 14 days from date of delivery. For exchanges, please email us at customerservice@koturltd.com within the time frame.

Shoes: Full priced shoes are eligible for a full refund within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Discounted shoes can only be exchanged. For shoe returns/ exchanges, please email us at customerservice@koturltd.com within the time frame.

Sale, discounted and personalised items CANNOT be returned or exchanged at any time. 

The customer is required to pay shipping on exchanges and returns unless KOTUR has made a shipping error.

All returned merchandise must be unused and in a new condition with all original tags and original packaging. Upon receipt of returned goods, KOTUR reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return-policy requirements. Returns must be shipped through our nominated courier or we will not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transportation. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant courier’s airway bills and documentation. We will only refund return shipping costs where the item returned is defective. Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, and can be only returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Items that have been damaged as a result of mistreatment or wear and tear will not be considered to be defective. For exchanges, we will replace it with the same item or in the event of the item being out of stock, we will offer you to choose another item that is of the same purchase price. These terms and conditions only apply to items purchased at www.koturltd.com. Any KOTUR product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy. KOTUR reserves the right to change the Return & Exchange Policy and/or reject any return/exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, KOTUR’s decision shall be final. Customs duties and sales taxes, as well as shipping charges are non-refundable through KOTUR.

Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, We disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the products available through this Site including but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that We cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of this Site and any information provided to or taken from this Site by You. You agree that, except for death and personal injury arising from Our negligence, We will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with this contract, for any economic losses (including without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special or indirect or consequential losses in any case whether or not such losses were incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the TOS. Nothing in these TOS shall limit your rights as a consumer under Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”).
