Walking into one of Solange’s jewelry boutiques is like entering a lush den of wonder, a tempting trinket box of eccentric yet wearable pieces, like her infamous enamel “HOTLIPS” ring – an item on my personal wish list…

Now with five stores internationally, including one recently opened in Hong Kong, Solange is far from her beginnings at London’s costume jewelers, Butler & Wilson, via fine jeweler Boucheron. This journey is a true reflection of Solange’s quirky creativity, and sophisticated sensibilities. Tradition and whimsy brought together in a alchemy of style, resulting in a collection of unconventional jewelry that means business – but doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Wildly imaginative Solange has an irreverent selection of influences, from Edvard Munch and Peter Blake, to mathematical fractals and Medusa. Inspiration comes full circle now, with her own designs are on display at both Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and Victoria & Albert museum in London.
