Buying from KOTUR is easy!
Our Online Shop is always available and we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. To start, just make your selections in our Online Shop. When you add items to your shopping bag you will see a running shopping list. To manage items or view your shopping bag, please click on the link "shopping bag". If you wish to check out, click on "check out" and follow the onscreen directions to check out or "save" your shopping list.
If you wish to save your shopping list you will be asked to register your name and email and to select a password. You will then be able to access your list in the future when you log onto the website.
Membership and Registration
To make online shopping faster and easier, you may register with www.koturltd.com
As a registered customer, you only have to enter your shipping addresses and billing information once. Such information will be securely stored with us for your future use. Using your name and a password of your choice, you may access your account online at any time to add, delete, or change information.
If you forget your password, click here and follow the instructions to securely reset your password.
If you are using a public computer, we strongly encourage you to "log out" at the conclusion of your session.

Orders
All orders will be processed within three working days from receipt of payment. All orders placed through the website shall be accepted upon the sole discretion of KOTUR. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that KOTUR may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged, for any or no reason, without liability to you or any third party and KOTUR's decision shall be final. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is subsequently canceled, KOTUR shall issue a credit to your credit card that was charged.
Orders may be canceled due to the import limitations of your state and/or country of certain products. In the event that KOTUR is unable to ship to your state and/or country and your credit card has been charged, we will refund the full amount for the restricted item(s) back to your credit card. Discounts & Promotions
If discounts or promotions apply, after you have made your selection and are ready to finalize your purchase, proceed to the checkout. You will find space to enter your promotional code on the Order Confirmation page. Enter the promotional code exactly as you received it and click ‘submit’. Your total will be recalculated with the discount applied.
The promotional code will only be applied to your purchase if it is entered accurately and the code is still valid. Please refer to specific promotional details for complete terms and conditions. Offers are only valid while stocks last and are subject to verification by KOTUR.
If you are a VIP member, your discount will be automatically applied when you login with your registered e-mail address. If you change your e-mail address or login with a different address our system will not be able to recognize your membership. You can login in at the ‘My account’ area to update your registered details at any time.

Payment and Order Processing
All prices on the Site are shown in US dollars.
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express Card. KOTUR uses PayDollar to process credit card transactions. All information is processed through the PayDollar secured site and encrypted for further safety. Payments made to KOTUR using PayDollar are subject to the terms and conditions of PayDollar. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout, prior to the completion of your order. You will be then asked if you want to register as a member or you can proceed to check out. After inputting your credit card details through PayDollar and your credit card is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation from KOTUR via email. Once the order has been processed and we do have your bag(s) in stock, your bag(s) will be packed securely and shipped.
Please note that quantities are limited and subject to availability.
Shipping Rates and Policies
Due to import restrictions in many countries on exotic skin items, regrettably KOTUR can only ship exotic skin items to the following countries: Hong Kong, USA.
Due to state restrictions on the sale of python skins in the state of California, KOTUR is unable to ship python items to an address in the state of California.
Since trade laws and restrictions are constantly changing, we hope that we will be able to expand the ship-to list of countries. Please check back periodically for updates, or contact us.
Shipping costs includes packaging, import licenses (if applicable) insurance, all taxes and duties. You will not be expected to pay for taxes and/or duties.
KOTUR insures each purchase during the time it is in transit and until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signture for the goods delivered at which point responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, the n you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by KOTUR and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
KOTUR will endeavor through it’s nominated carrier, to promptly deliver your goods after receipt of payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. KOTUR is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
There may be instances that we may be shipping from multiple warehouses. In this case we will provide all relevant shipping information such as multiple airway bills (AWB) to you.
The following table is our standard shipping costs of packages weighing up to 3kg.
If the shipping costs for your order exceed the rate below, you will be contacted by our customer service department to confirm your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
Full priced Merchandise can be returned for an EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days from date of delivery. Sale, discounted and promotional items CANNOT be returned or exchanged at any time UNLESS where a manufacturing defect has occurred within 6 month of purchase.
If you wish to return any item for an exchange:
You must submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our customer service department within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Please email us at returns@koturltd.com.
All returned merchandise must be unused and in a new condition with all original tags and original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
We request that all goods should be returned within 7 days of the date you received your RMA number. The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label included in the returned parcel.
Returns must be shipped through our nominated courier or we will not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transportation.When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant courier’s airway bills and documentation. We will only refund return shipping costs where the item returned is defective.
We will accept the return, or exchange, or repair, goods that are defective. Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Items that have been damaged as a result of mistreatment or wear and tear will not be considered to be defective. For exchanges, we will replace it with the same item or in the event of the item being out of stock, we will offer you to choose another item that is of the same purchase price. If you elect to repair the item, the cost of repair will be borne by KOTUR. A RMA must be requested for the processing of the return.
These terms and conditions only apply to items purchased at www.koturltd.com. Any KOTUR product purchased from other resellers must be returned to the place of purchase in accordance with that retailer’s policy.
KOTUR reserves the right to change the Return & Exchange Policy and/or reject any return/exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, KOTUR's decision shall be final.
Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, We disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the products available through this Site including but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.
You acknowledge that We cannot guarantee and therefore shall not be in any way responsible for the security or privacy of this Site and any information provided to or taken from this Site by You.
You agree that, except for death and personal injury arising from Our negligence, We will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with this contract, for any economic losses (including without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, or any special or indirect or consequential losses in any case whether or not such losses were incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the TOS.
Nothing in these TOS shall limit your rights as a consumer under Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("HKSAR").
