Designer fiona KOTUR launched her KOTUR collection in 2004, with a bold vision in mind. Her focus fell on lending modern and innovative features to the classic structures of minaudieres and clutches. A staple on the red carpet and worn by celebrities such as Scarlett Johansson and Diane Kruger,  KOTUR went on to join the CFDA in 2006. The brand’s pieces, which KOTUR describes as “small designs, big personalities” employ an array of materials ranging from exotic snakeskin to swarovski crystals, wich infuse each of her designs with a bespoke feel.

KOTUR’s signature merger of classic and modern aesthetics is exemplified in her newest #getsmartbag. Fashioned to fit an iphone 5 or 5s, the #getsmartbag, allows the wearer access to their device on  the outside of their clutch thanks to the innovative flip panel. “Gone are the days of fumbling in your bag to look for your phone, to take a call, send a message, or take a picture” says KOTUR.
