Creme de la Mer – seems very expensive at the time, but lasts forever!

SOAP?

Roger Gallet soaps are manly and luxurious.

MOISTURIZER?

I use Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair obsessively.

BED LINEN?

I use Schweitzer linen – it’s a small family business that produces high thread count sheets in New York. It’s been around for donkey’s years and is incredibly nice.

WHAT DO YOU SLEEP IN?

I sleep in pyjamas made by my husband’s tailor here in Hong Kong – they’re made out of men’s shirting fabrics.

WATCH?

A 1950 Audemar Piguet square faced watch with a gold mesh strap, just the same as my mum’s.

ACCESSORY?

Our snakeskin Espey in every color! It never fails to work with an outfit.

BOOK?

Anything by Oscar Wilde or Truman Capote.

CHOCOLATE?

Teuscher chocolate from Switzerland is incredibly good.

HOTEL?

The Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong is really the ultimate old school hotel.

BAR?

Martinis at the Monkey Bar are a must.

MARKET?

Chatuchak market in Bangkok is somewhere you can get lost for hours. Antiques, food, jewellery, clothes – it’s got it all.

COCKTAIL?

I’m a Martini girl. Very dry, very pure and straight up.

PLACE TO GO DANCING?

The Kee Club in Hong Kong is the perfect mix of glam and fun.

PIN-UP?

My four boys.

Fly Me To The Moon is a bit of a guilty pleasure – works first thing in the morning and at cocktail time. And my children know all the words to it!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT AND DISH?

The Caesar salad at the 21 Club in New York is perfection – or their macaroni cheese, for when I’m feeling naughty.

BEST PARTY YOU HAVE EVER BEEN TO?

The Fendi Party on the Great Wall of China held a few years ago was completely out of this world. We had dinners in historic sites, the fashion show was along the actual wall, and the after party was in a construction site they’d completely transformed. The juxtaposition of something that was so glamorous and so opulent in these incredible sites was just such a surprise.

YOUR HAPPY PLACE?

In a canoe in the middle of a lake with my kids.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BAG?

Our Wallace bag. It’s the first bag I ever designed for my own label and is still my total favorite.

HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR EGGS?

I should like them boiled, but I prefer them cheesy and scrambled, on thick toast with lots of butter!
